We offer a comprehensive holistic coaching service across personal development and career advancement for men and women. Alex Theis Coaching also launched Women Can Finance - a platform focusing on financial coaching and advisory for women, harnessing their power of saving and investing.
Alex worked in investment banking for 18 years, starting her career in 2007 at Goldman Sachs. While working in finance, Alex qualified as a personal development coach and has provided her clients with over 1000 hours of coaching.
During this time, Alex realised that to develop personally and professionally, her clients also needed financial freedom. She also noticed that many of her female clients didn’t have the time or resources to manage their finances, consequently creating a lack of financial freedom to progress in their personal life and / or careers. Women Can Finance was born to bridge personal coaching and financial advisory.
As a member of 100 Women in Hedge Funds and Finance, Alex has mentored and coached women across the financial industry. She also supports female refugee charities and is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment overall. Speaking four languages and raising two children she inspires women and girls with her belief that together, we can change the world.
Women Can Finance is a holistic platform bridging personal growth and financial empowerment for women who are ready to lead their own lives - because we need every woman with capital taking a seat at the table and making choices for themselves,
their families and communities.
Women Can Finance is a coaching programme to build financial confidence and literacy amongst female clients, so they have the power to choose their future with confidence. Alex supports women in creating full clarity in their financial situation, providing guidance and steering them to saving more, reducing expenses and eventually investing. Alex also provides an investment advisory service, helping her clients with their investments across pensions, ISA schemes, private investing and understanding variety of assets.
